I really wanted to give a 5 star on these products. My daughter started purchasing them last year, but then I recently looked at the ingredients, and the soaps contain titanium dioxide, a well-used ingredient in the US but the EU banned this ingredient over health concerns (gut disruptions, higher risks associated with Alzheimer's and IBS). It also contains fragrances which I don't know what that all means. 1924 Custom Soapery, would you consider removing these ingredients? Would love to buy more from you but just can't with these ingredients.

We offer many soaps that are both unscented, scented with essential oils, or scented with fragrances. All our fragrances are phthalate-free. This is important, because it is phthalates that act like hormones to our body. We don't use any phthalates in our products. If you prefer a more natural soap option, you can use the essential oils soaps we provide. Only 3 of our soaps use titanium dioxide. Our titanium dioxide is non-nano, meaning it doesn't go into the blood stream. Those claims about titanium dioxide are also in regards to when it is used in food and medication. In the rare soap that has non-nano titanium dioxide, it is simply washing off, not causing any of those issues in your gut or brain. We also have soaps that have no color, colored with clays and dried herbs, and colored with mica.
