Ingredients:
- 3 c. puffed quinoa
- 1 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/2 c hemp seeds
- 2 t vanilla
- 1/3 c maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1 c mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or stand mixer. Roll into balls or just pop it into a container to use as "cereal". Store in the fridge.
We always at least double this when we make it.
Note: I find my puffed quinoa online at Country Life Natural Foods. I also buy Hemp Hearts/Seeds from them in bulk.
