- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c liquid aminos
- 2 T sesame oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t minced ginger
- 1 t crushed red peppers
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 bunch of green onions, diced
- broccoli, cut into smaller pieces
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Once preheated, drizzle the broccoli with oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast for 12-15 minutes.
Brown the burger in the sesame oil and with the garlic. Drain.
Add the brown sugar, liquid aminos, ginger, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Simmer for a few minutes to blend the flavors.
Serve over steamed rice with broccoli and top with the green onions.
