Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season
Per 1 lb of chicken:
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 t pepper
- 1 T garlic powder
Bake at 425° for 25 mins
Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice
Serve with:
- store bought naan
- store bought hummus
- store bought tzatziki
- cucumbers, sliced,
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- silvered red onion
- greens (optional)
