Chicken Naan-wiches

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.

Place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and season

Per 1 lb of chicken:

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 t pepper
  • 1 T garlic powder

Bake at 425° for 25 mins

Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice

Serve with:

  • store bought naan
  • store bought hummus
  • store bought tzatziki
  • cucumbers, sliced,
  • cherry tomatoes, halved
  • silvered red onion
  • greens (optional)
